APPOINTMENTS - First visit, Delays, Cancellations, weather

Please let our receptionists know the general nature of your needs so she can schedule an appropriate amount of time. For urgent problems, please call as early as possible so that we can see you the same day.

The First Visit

New patients can make their first visit easier by printing and completing new patient forms before they come into the office. If you have completed the forms, you may either mail them to our office or bring them with you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can finish up the paperwork. Once you have not completed the forms, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the appointment time. Also, don't forget to bring the most current copy of your insurance card and required co-payment.


We value your time and do not want to keep you waiting.  Occasionally, we are delayed or must reschedule due to a delivery or unexpected event with another patient.  We will make every effort to meet your needs, but sometimes the appointment has to be rescheduled.

Please make sure that we have contact information for you, such as a cell phone number, so if we are running late or your doctor needs to leave for an emergency, we can contact you

Cancellations/No Shows

We understand that there are times you are unable to make an appointment.  However, patients who do not notify our office that they will be unable to come in, or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, may be assessed a late cancellation fee.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you.  If this is not possible, you will be offered another appointment.

Inclement Weather

To support the safety of our patients and staff we may close the office or limit office hours if adverse weather conditions arise. Please call prior to your appointment time when such circumstances occur.
