Cari Martin received her medical degree at the University of Washington and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City. She then pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University where she studied the effects of fetal anemia on cardiac function and trained in fetal echocardiography. She completed her fellowship at Stanford University and remained there as a clinical i nstructor, working mostly in obstetric ultrasound.
She was Board Certified and became a Fellow of the American College of Ob/GYN in 1998. Dr. Martin joined Seattle OB/GYN in 2006. Since then, she has enjoyed developing relationships with her patients, sharing in their pregnancies and deliveries and encouraging them in their health and athletic goals.
After over 20 years of practice, Dr. Martin is limiting her practice to Women’s pelvic ultrasound, revisiting her previous ultrasound and perinatal background.
She looks forward to providing a valuable service to Seattle OB/GYN patients, adding a personalized approach, improved communication with both the patient and provider, and continued excellence in patient care.
Dr. Martin has 4 children. In her free time, she enjoys running, cycling, skiing (water and snow) and spending time with her family and friends.
