Luba Foltz received her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at the Kaiser Santa Clara in the San Francisco Bay Area.

She has worked in a private practice setting since 2004 and joined Seattle OB/GYN group in 2006.

Dr. Foltz became Board Certified with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in November of 2006.

After being the Chair of the Maternal/Child Quality Review Committee for Swedish Hospital for many years, Dr. Foltz currently serves on the Medical Executive Committee for the Swedish Health System.

As of January 2022, Dr. Foltz is the Chief of Staff Elect for Swedish First Hill.

Dr. Foltz is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Dr. Foltz enjoys time with her family. She also enjoys reading and traveling.

Professionally, Dr. Foltz provides full scope general Obstetrics and Gynecology care and she has a special interest and passion in helping women achieve VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).
